On March 8, the overseas lecture--“The Evolution of French Society and Legislation Development” was held. The lecture was delivered by Assoc.Prof.Matthieu Grandpierron, SICE, France. Prof. Ouyang Meihe, Director of Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, delivered a welcome speech.
